Google Drive / Remote Evidence
This section describes the limited Google user data handling used by the internal FORVARD Remote Evidence workflow.
Temporary Remote Review Transit
When the user requests a remote review, the application may use Google Drive API to place temporary task evidence and necessary metadata where the authorized review workflow can access it. Google Drive is not the canonical evidence store or a long-term backup.
drive.file only
The application requests the limited Google Drive drive.file permission. It accesses or manages only files the application creates or files the user explicitly authorizes for the application; it does not request access to the user’s entire Drive.
Review evidence and metadata
Data may include temporary task reports, manifests, necessary key evidence, an audit pack when deeper review is requested, and metadata needed to verify upload readiness and integrity.
User-requested review only
Google user data is used only for the user-requested Remote Evidence Review workflow. It is not sold and is not used for advertising. Files may be made accessible to the review service selected and initiated by the user for this purpose.
Temporary delivery artifacts
The Office Mac local Codex record remains the long-term canonical evidence. Google Drive transit files may be deleted after review or handled under the established cleanup process; no fixed deletion interval is promised here.
Revoke or request deletion
The user can revoke access through Google Account permissions. For questions or reasonable deletion requests, contact sales@forvard-tech.com. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
